M/S UNITECH, a Jamshedpur-based industrial supplier of pumps, pump spares, motors, valves, panels and allied industrial equipment, is hiring a Service Engineer for field service, inspection, troubleshooting, installation support and maintenance-related work.

The candidate must have prior experience in industrial service, maintenance, pump service, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, or related field work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit industrial customer sites for inspection, service and troubleshooting
- Attend pump, motor and equipment-related service issues
- Support installation, commissioning and maintenance work
- Identify pump, motor, seal, bearing and spare-part requirements
- Coordinate with customers for service updates and technical clarification
- Prepare service reports after site visits
- Support breakdown calls and urgent service requirements
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs wherever required
- Maintain proper records of site visits, customer complaints and action taken




- Assist the sales/service team with technical feedback and follow-up

Candidate Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related technical field preferred
- Prior experience in service, maintenance, troubleshooting or industrial field work is mandatory
- Experience with pumps, motors, mechanical equipment or industrial maintenance preferred
- Must be willing to travel for customer site visits
- Should be comfortable with field work and industrial plant environments
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge for reports and documentation
- Two-wheeler preferred
