We are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and client-focused Visa Counsellor to join our Immigration & Overseas Education team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding suitable study, work, and immigration opportunities, assessing their profiles, and guiding them through the visa application process.

- Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and clients regarding study abroad, work permits, PR, and immigration pathways.
- Assess client profiles, including education, work experience, finances, language scores, and eligibility.
- Recommend suitable countries, programs, and visa pathways based on client profiles.
- Explain visa requirements, application procedures, documentation, timelines, and applicable fees.
- Review and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients and internal processing teams throughout the application process.




- Maintain accurate client records and regularly update CRM/software.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application requirements.
- Stay updated with visa policies, immigration regulations, and country-specific requirements.
- Handle client queries professionally and build robust client relationships.
- Meet assigned counselling, application, and conversion targets.

- Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of visa/immigration processes.
- Good counselling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
