Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales and business development activities in Raipur and Bhilai regions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets for solar power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional sectors.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings to understand energy requirements.
- Promote rooftop solar systems, solar financing solutions, and energy-saving products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, builders, and consultants.
- Identify and develop new dealer and referral networks.

Lead Management

- Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, telecalling teams, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales closures.

Market Development

- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Create awareness about government subsidy schemes and solar financing options.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and local events.

Customer Support





- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.
- Assist customers with documentation required for subsidy and net-metering applications.

Reporting

- Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales reports.
- Track sales pipeline and achievement against assigned targets.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Business preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Field Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Experience in Solar, Electrical, Energy, Construction, Building Materials, Insurance, Finance, or B2B Sales will be an advantage.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidate should own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Local candidates from Raipur, Bhilai, Durg, Rajnandgaon, and nearby areas will be preferred.
