Job Title: Accountant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, valuable analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ledgers.
- Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor expenses, income, and cash flow.
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Support tax-related activities, including GST/TDS filings where applicable.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documentation.




- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Preferred QualificationsB.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with Tally,
- Previous experience in audit, taxation, or financial reporting.
