- Order & Enquiry ManagementRecord customer requirements, quantities and delivery details.
- Coordinate with the owner/team regarding quotations and orders.
- Follow up until the enquiry is converted or closed.
- Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries and orders.
- Skills RequiredGood Tamil and English communication skills.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.
- Ability to create simple Instagram posts/reels using Canva is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Responsible, energetic and willing to learn.
- Sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
