We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our daily accounting operations, financial reporting, MIS preparation, reconciliations, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally Prime or similar accounting software, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesRecord day-to-day accounting transactions accurately.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor accounts.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Prepare management reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze accounting data and highlight discrepancies or variances.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Senior Accountant during month-end closing activities.
- Support audit requirements and provide relevant financial records when needed.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.





Required Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience preparing MIS reports and analyzing financial data.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Excel-based report preparation and data analysis

Preferred Experience

- Experience handling large volumes of accounting data.
- Experience in MIS reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Knowledge of month-end closing and basic audit support.
- Experience working in a fast-paced accounting environment.
