STOCK MANAGEMENT – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

JCPL Solar के सभी Products & Materials का Complete Stock Management करना।

Purchase, Inward, Outward, Sales, Transfer, Return एवं Material Issue का Proper Record Maintain करना।

Branch, Godown एवं Site-wise Stock का Record Maintain करना।

Solar Panel, Inverter, Battery, Structure, Cable, ACDB/DCDB, Earthing Material एवं सभी Accessories का Stock Manage करना।

Site/Project के लिए जारी Material की Issue एवं Consumption Entry Maintain करना।

Physical Stock और System Stock का Regular Verification & Reconciliation करना।

Damaged, Defective, Shortage, Excess एवं Missing Material का Proper Record रखना।

Serial Number / Batch Number वाले Products का Record Maintain करना।

Minimum Stock / Reorder Level Monitor करना एवं Low Stock Items की जानकारी Management को देना।

Purchase Invoice / Challan के अनुसार Received Material की Quantity एवं Item Verification करना।

Daily / Weekly / Monthly Stock Reports तैयार करना।

Stock Data को समय पर Update करना एवं सभी Records Accurate रखना।

बिना Authorized Approval के कोई भी Material Issue / Transfer नहीं करना।

Required Software Knowledge

Candidate को निम्न Software का Practical Working Knowledge अनिवार्य रूप से होना चाहिए:

MS Excel – Mandatory

TallyPrime – Mandatory





Tally ERP / Tally ERP 9 – Mandatory

Other Required Skills

Inventory & Stock Management की अच्छी समझ।

Invoice / Challan Verification का Knowledge।

Stock Reconciliation करने की क्षमता।

Branch / Godown / Site Stock Handling का अनुभव।

Accurate एवं Quick Data Entry।

Basic Accounting की जानकारी।

Proper Record Keeping & Documentation।

Stock में Accuracy, Responsibility एवं Confidentiality Maintain करना।

Purchase, Sales एवं Material Movement का Basic Understanding।

Management को Stock से संबंधित Shortage, Excess, Damage एवं Low Stock की Timely Reporting करना।

Main Objective

JCPL Solar के पूरे Stock का Accurate, Updated एवं Systematic Record MS Excel, TallyPrime एवं Tally ERP में Maintain करना तथा Physical Stock और System Stock के बीच Proper Matching बनाए रखना।
