- We operate a retail showroom in Mandaveli, where daily sales and customer transactions take place.
- Our factory and wholesale operations are based in Madhavaram, handling bulk orders and supply.

This role is for our Mandaveli retail unit, which is the primary point of sales and customer interaction.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day retail accounting, billing, order coordination, and cash handling at our Mandaveli branch. The role requires strong control over accounts, coordination with the factory team, and accurate data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales records and billing at the retail shop
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash book
- Manage and reconcile petty cash regularly
- Record all purchase and sales entries accurately




- Coordinate with Madhavaram factory for order execution
- Ensure orders are communicated to the right team and tracked properly
- Monitor accounts receivable and collections
- Maintain proper documentation and data records (mandatory)
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure financial accuracy

GST & Compliance

- Prepare and file GSTR-1
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation
- File GSTR-3B returns
- Ensure proper GST compliance and record maintenance
- Basic knowledge of Corporate Tax (CT)

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GST and accounting principles
- Experience in billing, cash handling, and retail accounting
- Ability to coordinate orders and manage workflow
- Valuable attention to detail and record-keeping
