Job Summary:We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive+cafe Staff who are passionate about retail operations and creating exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-groomed, and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail and café environment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual merchandising (VM) standards of the retail store and café.
- Ensure a 5-star experience for every walk-in customer.
- Oversee fruits and vegetables receiving, quality assurance (QA)
- Assist in culinary and café operations as required.
- Conduct cyclic SKU counts daily to prevent inventory losses.
- Support brand promotions and customer engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat purchases.
- Achieve daily and monthly stores as well as individual sales targets.
- Other RequirementsMust be well-groomed with a neat and professional appearance.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, Ownership and attention to detail.
- Should be open to flexible and rotational shifts, including weekends and festive seasons.
- Able to work in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.
- Comfortable with standing or moving for extended hours during store operations.
