? About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, drive business growth, improve conversions, and consistently achieve monthly targets.
- ? Key Responsibilities? Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- ? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- ? Monitor individual and team performance and ensure target achievement.
- ? Manage lead follow-ups and improve lead-to-customer conversion.
- ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- ? Train and coach team members on sales techniques, communication, and closing strategies.
- ? Track sales activities, conversions, and revenue through regular reports.
- ? Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development.
- ? Support the team in handling challenging prospects and closing deals.
- ? Coordinate with HR and management regarding recruitment, team requirements, and performance.
- ✅ Requirements1–2 years of experience in Sales Management, Team Handling, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation, conversion, and closing.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on results.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting is an added advantage.
