Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business, appointing and managing dealers, handling key customers, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through Business Development activities.
- Develop, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors in new and existing markets.
- Expand the dealer network and maintain solid relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Identify new markets, industrial areas, and potential customers for business growth.
- Handle key customers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Conduct client visits, industrial visits, and market surveys for business development.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Service teams for smooth order execution.




- Monitor dealer performance, sales pipeline, and market activities.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare MIS, sales reports, and sales forecasts.
- Resolve customer/dealer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings Required
- SkillsStrong Business Development, Dealer Development & Sales skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of compressors and industrial applications preferred.
- Strong team leadership and team-handling ability.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP software.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering / MBA – Marketing preferred

Experience : 5–7 years (compressors industry preferred)

Compensation : Market-competitive salary + Travel Allowance
