As we scale, we are strengthening our Project Management Office and building a more structured, technology-enabled delivery model focused on visibility, accountability, early risk identification, and predictable project outcomes. Role Purpose The PMO & Project Controls Manager will act as the operational control centre for multiple projects, connecting schedules, design deliverables, approvals, procurement, site execution, risks, decisions, and management reporting.



This is not only a scheduling or reporting role. The successful candidate will help transform project execution from individual-dependent coordination into a structured, repeatable, system-driven delivery model. The role should enable management to quickly understand: What changed? What is delayed? What is at risk? Why? Who owns the action? What decision is required? When must it be closed? Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Controls • Develop project execution plans, baseline schedules, milestones, and delivery programmes. • Integrate design, approvals, procurement, execution, and handover requirements into project schedules. • Monitor progress against baseline and forecast completion dates. • Track critical paths, dependencies, constraints, and milestone slippages. • Develop recovery plans for delayed activities.
