About Marloa

Marloa is building an AI-powered business communication platform designed to help organisations handle customer conversations intelligently while bringing people in when human judgment is needed.
We’re an early-stage company, which means this isn’t a traditional internship where you spend months watching other people work.
You’ll work directly with the founding team and help us build our early sales and go-to-market process from the ground up.

What you’ll do
You’ll help identify companies that could benefit from Marloa, understand their businesses, and help us start conversations with the right people.
Your work may include:
Researching potential customers and industries
Identifying decision-makers and relevant contacts
Building and maintaining prospect lists
Cleaning, enriching, and organising CRM data
Supporting outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels
Following up with prospects and helping schedule meetings
Joining customer discovery calls, demos, and meetings
Helping prepare information before customer conversations




Tracking opportunities and next steps in our CRM
Supporting events, expos, partnerships, and other lead-generation activities
Conducting market and competitor research
Bringing customer feedback back to the founders and product team
Helping us improve the sales process as we learn what works
As you grow into the role, there will be opportunities to take greater ownership of prospecting, customer conversations, accounts, and eventually parts of the sales process yourself.

Who we’re looking for
You don’t need years of sales experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
Communicates clearly and confidently
Is comfortable speaking with new people
Is curious about businesses and how they operate
Can research companies and find practical information independently
Takes ownership instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions
Is organised and follows through on commitments
Can listen carefully and ask good questions
