Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at Royal Tint is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will manage sales operations within the assigned territory, build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients, and proactively identify new business opportunities for smart glass and PDLC film solutions.



Daily responsibilities include meeting potential and existing clients, presenting product features and advantages, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The Area Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, gather competitor insights, coordinate with the manufacturing and support teams to ensure timely delivery, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Experience in territory management, planning sales visits, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand technical product details and explain smart glass solutions clearly to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as needed.
