We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sr.Business Development Executive responsible for driving new business growth, lead generation, and client acquisition. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic/international markets
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product pitches
- Manage end-to-end business development cycle: lead generation → qualification → negotiation → closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts




- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong expertise in lead generation and new client acquisition
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management
- Target-driven with high ownership and accountability
- Proficiency in CRM tools / Excel for tracking and reporting

Valuable-to-Have Skills (Preferred)
