- Ticket processing incl. user communication Support of ERP systems (S/4 HANA) and SAP GTS
- Role management for ABAP & FIORI / (S/4 HANA & GTS) Analysis, development, testing, documentation, communication
- User request and Role management as per guidelines set by SAP Authorization team
- Support User and Role Management in SAP Public Cloud ERP
- Managing & supporting internal and external IT audits (scope – SAP Authorization)
- Supporting SAP IBP Authorization Requests
- Creating Technical KPI reports - SAP Authorization
- Creating Management Reports - SAP Authorization
- Authorization project management / be a project team member
Experience / Skills

- Specific Education - Full-time Graduate from reputed university
- Work Experience - SAP Authorization, project management and proficiency in English language
