years of inside sales, account executive, or closing experience in
SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or tech sales ✔️ Proven track record of
consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets ✔️ Strong
commercial instincts with confidence handling demos, negotiations,
and objections ✔️ Excellent communication skills across calls,
video meetings, and written conversations ✔️ High ownership
mentality with strong urgency, accountability, and execution ✔️
Comfortable managing full sales cycles independently from discovery
to close ✔️ Experience using CRM and remote sales tools such
