Marketing & Creative ExecutiveJob OverviewWe are looking for a multi-talented Marketing & Creative Executive who can handle multiple aspects of digital marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of social media, content creation, photography/video shoots, graphic designing, video editing, and marketing agency coordination.

The person should be highly proactive, creative, and capable of taking a marketing requirement from idea → planning → execution → coordination → final delivery.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute social media content for the company's projects and brand.
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop ideas for reels, videos, posts, stories, campaigns and promotional content.
- Coordinate and participate in photo/video shoots, including planning shots, locations, scripts and requirements.
- Handle or coordinate video editing, reel creation, motion graphics and basic animation.
- Handle graphic designing for social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with external marketing, advertising, creative, photography and video agencies.
- Brief agencies clearly, follow up on deliverables and ensure that work is completed within deadlines.
- Review agency output and ensure it meets the company's brand and marketing requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, construction, management and CRM to collect information and convert it into marketing content.
- Assist in planning digital advertising campaigns, project launches, events and promotional activities.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure regular publishing.
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and leads.
- Stay updated with recent social media trends, AI tools, content formats and digital marketing techniques.
- Required SkillsGood overall understanding of marketing and branding.




- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Practical knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator or similar graphic design tools.
- Practical knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar video editing tools.
- Practical knowledge of photo and video shoots.
- Good understanding of reels, short-form video and social media trends.
- Ability to communicate effectively with marketing agencies, freelancers, photographers and vendors.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- AI tools knowledge for content creation, designing, editing and marketing will be an advantage.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is not necessarily a specialist in one particular field. We are looking for someone who understands the complete marketing ecosystem and can personally execute basic creative work while coordinating specialists/agencies for more advanced requirements.

In simple terms: We need a "one-person marketing coordinator + content creator" who can understand the requirement, create what is possible internally, coordinate external experts where required, and ensure the final work gets completed.

Experience2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, content creation, advertising, real estate marketing or a similar role.

Preferred BackgroundExperience in real estate, construction, hospitality, retail, consumer brands or advertising agencies will be an advantage.
