We are hiring Calling Executives to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders over the phone. Easy calling job – no selling required. Training provided.
What You Will Do:
- Call customers to confirm their COD orders
- Check delivery address, phone number, and order details
- Mark confirmed or cancelled orders in the system
- Report fake or wrong orders to your team lead
- Meet daily call targets
What We Need from You:
- Can speak clearly in Hindi / English (basic level is fine)
- Comfortable talking on the phone all day
- Basic knowledge of using a phone or computer
- Honest and reliable
- No experience needed – we will train you
