About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Team Lead with a strong background in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, driving sales, handling clients, converting leads, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups for maximum conversions.
- Guide sales executives throughout the complete sales cycle.
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties.
- Assist the team in negotiations and successful deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain and monitor the team's sales pipeline through CRM.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Train and coach team members to improve their sales performance.
- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, specifically in Sales.
- Prior experience in handling and managing a real estate sales team.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and client handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Good knowledge of the Noida real estate market will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and sales activities effectively.
