Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Incharge to manage and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience, possess valuable English communication skills, and have working knowledge of SAP for inventory and warehouse management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.

Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.

Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy through SAP.

Perform stock reconciliation and periodic inventory audits.

Generate warehouse-related reports and MIS through SAP and Excel.

Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams.

Monitor inward and outward material movements and documentation.

Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies.

Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.

Manage material handling, storage optimization,



and warehouse housekeeping.

Coordinate with transporters and vendors for smooth operations.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.

Working knowledge of SAP (inventory, warehouse, and material management modules preferred).

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.

Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.

Preferred Skills

Experience in inventory planning and stock management.

Knowledge of warehouse documentation and reporting.
