About Swork StudioSwork Studio is an events, advertising and experiential agency working across corporate events, brand activations, BTL, creative production, photography, videography and video content.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Executive / HR Generalist who can take ownership of our day-to-day HR operations while helping us build a structured, professional and positive work culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from different departments and create relevant JDs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, Instagram, referrals and other hiring platforms.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical/final interviews with respective department heads.
- Manage interview schedules, candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain a structured recruitment tracker and talent pipeline.
- Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
Employee Management
- Manage employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records, documentation and HR files.
- Track attendance, leaves, late coming and working hours.
- Manage employee queries and day-to-day HR concerns.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and understand workplace concerns.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.
HR Operations
- Maintain HR policies,
processes and company documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll for monthly salary processing.
- Maintain leave and attendance records.
- Manage probation confirmations, appraisals, promotions and employee exits.
- Handle full & final documentation and exit formalities.
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across the organisation.
Culture & People Development
- Help create a professional yet energetic work culture suited to a creative/event environment.
- Plan employee engagement activities and team initiatives.
- Identify employee concerns and proactively address them.
- Help establish better communication between management and employees.
- Assist management in developing HR policies and processes as the organisation grows.
- What We're Looking For2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR documentation.
- Ability to independently manage multiple open positions.
- Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
- Professional,
approachable and mature personality.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Agency/event/creative industry experience will be a strong advantage.
The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who is hands-on and proactive, not someone who only handles paperwork.
You should be comfortable saying:
"We need 3 people this month — I'll source them, screen them, coordinate interviews, close them, onboard them and make sure they're settled."
You should be someone who can bring structure, discipline and people management to a fast-moving creative organisation.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Depending on experience, relevant industry exposure and capability.
ImportantCandidates with experience in advertising agencies, event companies, media/production houses, creative agencies, hospitality or other fast-paced organisations will be preferred.
