- Handle leads and admission inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, website, social media, and other channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout the admission journey.
- Explain course structure, curriculum, duration, learning methodology, examination process, certifications, and career prospects.
- Address students' questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Follow up with students regarding applications, documentation, fee payments, and admission deadlines.




- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling activities, and admission status in CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, digital marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Participate in student counseling sessions, seminars, webinars, educational fairs, and promotional events when required.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents and ensure a high-quality counseling experience.
