* Process Mutual Fund account opening through the BSE platform.

* Verify and complete KYC documentation as per regulatory requirements.

* Follow up with clients for pending and signed documents to ensure timely processing.

* Handle account modification requests, including updates to personal and banking details.

* Assist clients with online Mutual Fund account opening and onboarding.

* Provide assistance in Demat account opening and operational activities.

* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account-related queries and processing issues.

* Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of all operational activities.
