We are looking for a Store Cum Warehouse Executive whose roles and responsibilities will be :

Daily Store & Sales Duties

- Greet walk-in customers and help them buy products.
- Reply to online and phone leads from the support team fast.
- Keep the store clean and make product displays look nice.

Warehouse & Stock Management

- Watch stock levels to stop running out of items or holding too many.
- Track all items coming in and going out for fast order delivery.
- Run weekly checks to match real stock with computer records.
- Stop loss, theft, and damage to items in the warehouse.
- Handle returned items in a explicit and neat way.

Quality & Dispatch Rules

- Check every item for flaws before it leaves the warehouse.
- Fix items that need repair before sending them out.
- Make sure every order follows quality rules for happy customers.
- Make reports on stock counts, sales speed, and errors for managers.
