Hiring: SEO Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and website optimization. The candidate should be capable of improving organic rankings, increasing website traffic, and implementing SEO strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
- Optimize website pages with proper title tags, meta descriptions, headings, schema markup, internal linking, and URL structures.
- Conduct regular website SEO audits and implement technical SEO improvements.
- Monitor website performance and resolve indexing, crawl, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles (Google Business Profile/Google Maps).
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Work closely with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices.




- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search rankings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates and SEO trends.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is preferred.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, Schema Markup, XML Sitemaps, Robots.txt, Canonical Tags, and Indexing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with WordPress and other CMS.
- Knowledge of Local SEO and e-commerce SEO.
- Familiarity with AI tools for SEO research and content optimization.
