Service Engineer (CNC Routers & CO2 Laser Machines)

Job Summary :-

​We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC routers and CO2 laser engraving/cutting machines at client sites. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring maximum machine uptime and high customer satisfaction.

​Key Responsibilities

​Installation & Commissioning:

​Perform in office installation, alignment, and calibration of new CNC routers and CO2 laser machines.

​Conduct thorough test runs to ensure machines operate at optimal precision and performance standards.

​Customer Training:

​Provide comprehensive operational and basic maintenance training to client operators and technicians.

​Guide customers on safety protocols, software usage (e.g., RDWorks, ArtCAM, Type3, or equivalent),



and routine upkeep.

​Troubleshooting & Repairs:

​Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues promptly (both on-site and via remote support).

​Replace faulty components such as laser tubes, stepper/servo motors, drivers, power supplies, controller boards, and spindles.

​Maintenance:

​Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) services to minimize unexpected breakdowns.

​Maintain detailed service logs, installation reports, and customer feedback forms.

​Spare Parts Management:

​Identify and recommend required spare parts and consumables to clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills :-

​Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
