1. Telecaller

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Fresher or Experienced

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Explain real estate projects, offers, and services to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

2. Sales Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2+ Years

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert real estate leads into customers.
- Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Explain projects, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.

3. Team Leader – Sales

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 2+ Years

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Set daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Assist team members in client handling and deal closure.
- Train new team members on sales processes and project knowledge.
- Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably real estate.
- Previous team-handling or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and deliver results under targets.

4. Senior Sales Manager

Salary: ₹50,000+ per month

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: Depends on experience and performance

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage sales teams to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Handle key clients and high-value property transactions.
- Develop new business opportunities and sales channels.
- Coach and mentor sales managers and executives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Report sales performance and strategic updates to senior management.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic mindset with strong team-management capabilities.
