Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly polished Senior Fashion Consultant with a strong background in luxury clothing retail to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive premium sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of luxury fashion, styling expertise, personalized client servicing skills, and a strong ability to build long-term relationships with high-value customers.

The role requires a passion for luxury brands, trend awareness, excellent communication, and the ability to represent the brand with elegance and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized styling consultations and premium customer service to high-end clientele.
- Understand customer preferences, lifestyle needs, and fashion goals to recommend curated luxury wardrobe solutions.
- Drive sales through relationship-based selling, repeat business, and strong client retention strategies.
- Build and manage a loyal client portfolio including VIP and premium customers.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of luxury collections, seasonal launches, designers, fabrics, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.
- Support visual merchandising standards to ensure premium in-store presentation and brand consistency.
- Coordinate private appointments, exclusive previews,



and VIP shopping experiences.
- Assist in achieving store sales targets, average transaction value (ATV), and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor inventory availability and collaborate with merchandising teams for client requirements.
- Stay updated on global fashion trends, luxury consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail, premium apparel, designer wear, or high-end clothing brands.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and high-ticket sales.
- Robust fashion styling sense with excellent product presentation skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional grooming and polished personality suitable for luxury brand representation.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer expectations and premium retail service standards.
- Ability to handle VIP customers and personalized styling consultations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with international luxury fashion brands or designer boutiques
- Background in personal styling, wardrobe consulting, or luxury client servicing
- Knowledge of CRM tools and luxury customer retention programs
