Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Prepare dashboards and management reports.
- Use AI, Machine Learning and automation tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing processes.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
- Maintain accurate databases and records.
- Provide data-based reports and insights to management.
- Handle basic IT/software and system-related issues.
- Understand basic garment production, order, inventory and dispatch data.

Qualification

- Graduate in IT / Computer Science / BCA / MCA / Data Analytics or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, AI Tools and Data Analysis.
- Good understanding of AI, Machine Learning and Automation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of the garment/manufacturing industry preferred.

Experience

- Freshers can apply if they have solid practical knowledge of MIS, IT, AI, Machine Learning and Data Analytics.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
- Garment/manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
