We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to join our team.
Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and at least one 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or Revit) with rendering tools like V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render.
- Strong understanding of space planning, technical drawings, and interior detailing.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and site execution.
- Ability to prepare working drawings, BOQs, and presentation drawings.
- Strong design aesthetics with attention to detail.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate with vendors and site teams.
