Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada or any other regional languages.




- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
