Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction and corporate positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.

Recruit for roles such as Site Engineers, Civil Engineers, QS, Architects, MEP Engineers, Sales, and other construction-related positions.

Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and joining.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.

Coordinate onboarding and joining documentation.

Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future
