Job Title: VMC & CNC Setter cum Programmer

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Experience Required: 3 – 8 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE Mechanical (Preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced VMC & CNC Setter cum Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for CNC/VMC programming, machine setup, tool setting, fixture alignment, and production support to ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify CNC programs using G-Code and M-Code.
- Set up and operate VMC and CNC machines.
- Install fixtures, tools, and workpieces as per production requirements.
- Set tool offsets, work coordinates, and machine parameters.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure product quality.
- Optimize machining processes and reduce cycle times.




- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Monitor tool life and maintain tooling records.
- Follow safety standards and maintain machine housekeeping.
