Key Responsibilities:

- Pick up customer orders/packages from the hub, warehouse, or store.
- Deliver orders safely and on time to customers within the assigned area.
- Verify customer details and collect Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.
- Handle packages carefully and maintain proper delivery records.
- Use a smartphone/app for order updates, navigation, and proof of delivery.
- Coordinate with the hub/supervisor regarding delivery issues, failed deliveries, and returns.
- Follow company SOPs, traffic rules, and safety guidelines.
- Complete the assigned number of deliveries/targets each day.
- Maintain professional behaviour and positive customer service.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10th pass preferred.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred.
- Android smartphone with internet connection.
- Good knowledge of the local area and basic navigation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
