? Job Description:We are hiring Shift Managers with 1–5 years of experience in food service or cloud kitchen operations. You will help manage kitchen activities, support staff, ensure timely order dispatch, and maintain food safety and hygiene during your shift.

- Oversee food preparation, packing, and dispatch of online orders (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI guidelines.
- Monitor stock and report shortages during shifts.
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff for smooth operations.
- Maintain shift reports and handle minor operational issues.
