We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hardware Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training on computer hardware, networking, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.

- TOT (Training of Trainers) certification – preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, Networking, and IT Infrastructure
- Practical experience in PC assembly, disassembly, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ability to deliver both theoretical and hands-on classroom training
- Knowledge of Operating Systems, peripherals, software installation, and basic networking
- Experienced in preparing lesson plans, practical exercises, assessments, and training materials
- Able to identify hardware faults and teach systematic troubleshooting techniques
- Familiar with Skill Development ecosystem, competency-based training, assessment practices, and industry-oriented training
- Robust focus on trainer development, learner engagement, practical demonstrations, and outcome-based training
- Capable of maintaining training labs, equipment, tools, and safety standards
