Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other site teams.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignments, and quality of construction work.
- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate material requirements and raise requests as required.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, and billing-related activities.
- Maintain records of work completed and materials used.




- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and construction standards.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients when required.
- Report project delays, quality issues, and other site concerns to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and practices.
- Ability to read and understand civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workers.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant site experience preferred.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹[20,000] – ₹[25,000] per month, depending on experience and skills.
