We are looking for a Female IT Support Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries through calls, emails and chat.
- Provide basic technical and remote support to clients.
- Assist clients with software and ERP-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic computer, software and hardware issues.
- Coordinate with the technical team for unresolved issues.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of software applications
- Good knowledge of computer fundamentals
- Ability to provide remote support
- Understanding of CRM/ERP software
- Ability to handle client queries via call, email & chat
- Solid communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi & English - Basic)
- Gujarati communication is mandatory
