About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, Meta Ads, WhatsApp and other digital channels.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospects, understand their requirements, qualify the leads and generate appointments/qualified opportunities for the Sales Team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads received through IndiaMART, Meta, WhatsApp and other sources.
- Understand the customer's business and requirement.
- Qualify prospects based on product requirement, budget, quantity and purchase timeline.
- Share basic product information and offers.
- Generate qualified leads for the Sales Executive.
- Schedule machine/product demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up status in CRM.
- Reconnect with old/inactive leads and generate fresh opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for hot and qualified leads.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.

The telecaller is not expected to close every sale. The primary objective is to qualify the prospect and move the lead to the Sales Executive.

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who is:

- Confident and energetic on calls.
- Good at Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Persuasive but not aggressive.
- Target-oriented.
- Good at follow-up.
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
- Able to understand customer requirements quickly.

Experience in IndiaMART, B2B sales, machinery, printing, sublimation, DTF or similar industries will be an advantage.

Compensation₹15,000–₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

Final compensation will depend on experience and performance.
