- Job ResponsibilitiesCall interested leads and explain our Digital Marketing & AI training programs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right program.
- Regularly follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Handle basic customer queries related to courses, fees and batches.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Telecalling / Sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
