Job SummaryFinbuddy Solution is looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, joining formalities, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.

Freshers as well as experienced candidates with good communication, convincing, and follow-up skills are welcome to apply.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
- Ensure a smooth and timely joining process for selected candidates.
- Handle joining documentation and maintain employee records.
- Maintain daily recruitment and joining MIS.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.




- Support employee engagement and handle basic employee queries.
- Coordinate with management and team leaders regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and employees.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Good candidate handling and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn.
- Prior HR/recruitment experience will be an advantage.
