Promote and explain Andromeda’s diverse loan products based on

customer requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders,

realtors, CAs, DSAs, and corporate clients

Drive business growth through effective customer conversion and

relationship management

Deliver impactful product presentations and communicate loan terms

clearly

Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets with a result-oriented

approach

Coordinate effectively with internal teams and banking partners for

smooth loan processing

Solid leadership, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration

Maintain a high level of motivation, professionalism, and customer

service

Prior experience in BFSI, Telecom, Insurance, or related sectors is

preferred
