About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, visual aesthetics and social media content.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects and be able to transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention reels and videos.

- Key ResponsibilitiesEdit engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content
- Handle projects from raw footage to final delivery
- Create strong storytelling through editing, pacing, transitions, sound design and music
- Work with Premiere Pro and After Effects for professional video editing and motion graphics
- Create engaging hooks, visual transitions and retention-focused edits
- Add motion graphics, text animations, sound effects and other creative elements
- Understand and maintain a premium, cinematic visual style
- Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers and the creative team to understand the vision of each project
- Organise and manage footage, project files and assets efficiently
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, editing styles, transitions and viral content formats




- Deliver projects within the given deadlines while maintaining quality
- Be open to experimenting with new editing styles and creative concepts
- Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Understanding of storytelling and visual communication
- Good sense of music selection, beat cuts and sound design
- Understanding of colour grading and cinematic looks
- Knowledge of social media trends and Instagram Reels
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment
- Bonus SkillsDaVinci Resolve / Colour Grading
- Photoshop
- Motion Graphics
- Basic cinematography knowledge
- Experience working with wedding, fashion, commercial or lifestyle content
