We are looking for a HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations in our garment manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration.

Experience in garment, apparel, textile, manufacturing, factory, or production environments will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory, production, warehouse, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, walk-ins, and local hiring channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
- Manage joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
- Maintain daily attendance, leave, overtime, absenteeism, and manpower records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Support PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary issues,



and day-to-day employee relations.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with production and factory teams.
- Monitor manpower strength, absenteeism, attrition, and recruitment requirements.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, HR policies, and training initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management.
- Ensure smooth implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Experience in the garment/apparel/manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust problem-solving and employee-handling skills.
- Ability to manage both office and factory workforce.
