Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our Production / Manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for TIG welding and fabrication work related to AC coils, heat exchangers and refrigeration components used in residential, commercial, industrial and automobile applications.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding on copper, aluminium, stainless steel and other materials as per production requirements.
- Carry out welding of AC coils, heat exchanger components, headers, pipes and related assemblies.
- Set up and operate TIG welding machines according to material type and thickness.
- Read and understand basic drawings, dimensions and welding specifications.
- Perform accurate welding while maintaining proper alignment and joint quality.
- Prepare, fit, align and tack components before final welding.
- Ensure weld joints are clean, solid and free from defects.
- Perform grinding, cleaning and finishing of welded components when required.
- Inspect welded components for leakage, cracks, porosity and other defects.
- Follow production targets and maintain required quality standards.
- Handle welding tools,



machines and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain proper housekeeping at the workplace.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve welding-related issues.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of TIG welding processes.
- Experience in welding of aluminium, copper, stainless steel or similar materials.
- Knowledge of welding machine settings, gas flow, tungsten selection and filler materials.
- Good hand control and precision welding skills.
- Ability to work with thin sheets, tubes and coil-related components.
- Ability to identify and correct common welding defects.
- Basic knowledge of fabrication and fitting work.
- Ability to work according to production and quality requirements.
- Qualification & ExperienceITI in Welder / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant TIG welding experience.
- Experience in AC coil, heat exchanger, refrigeration or automobile component manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Quality & SafetyMaintain high standards of welding quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Use appropriate PPE during welding and fabrication activities.
- Ensure minimum welding defects and proper finishing of components.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.
