Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to drive sales of commercial vehicles, develop customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, explaining vehicle features, and closing sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, digital channels, and market networking.
- Identify and approach potential customers for commercial vehicle sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle specifications, pricing, financing, insurance, and other related offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives where applicable.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales while maintaining company margins.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with finance, documentation, delivery,



and other internal teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track competitors, market trends, customer feedback, and local business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Requirements1–4 years of experience in automobile, commercial vehicle, FMCG, B2B, or field sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of the Delhi/NCR market will be an advantage.
