Fectum Global Industries, a manufacturer-exporter of ring lock, cuplock, props and base jacks, requires a Production Supervisor with 3–8 years' fabrication experience.
Role: Daily target setting and shop floor supervision across welding, press, cutting, packing and finishing; manpower allocation; production vs. target reporting; piece reconciliation between sections; machine downtime control; coordination with QC and dispatch; safety and housekeeping.
Requirements: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production). Drawing reading, welding and press process knowledge, MS Excel reporting, robust team-handling ability
