LMS Administrator & Support Specialist

1. Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Moodle LMS Administrator & Support Specialist to configure, maintain, and support our learning platform. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Moodle knowledge with PHP familiarity, strong troubleshooting ability, and reporting skills using Power BI. The role involves day-to-day platform administration, resolving user issues through a ticketing system, and coordinating with technical and business teams to ensure a smooth learning experience.

2. Experience & Eligibility
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in LMS administration, platform support, or a similar technical role.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

3. Required Skills
- Basic Moodle features — practical knowledge of courses, users, roles, enrollments, activities, and site administration settings.
- PHP knowledge — ability to read, understand,



and make basic modifications to PHP code, and work with Moodle plugins/customizations.
- Power BI basics — building simple dashboards and reports, connecting data sources, and visualizing learning data.
- Language skills — positive communication in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Hindi or a regional language) to support diverse users.
- Troubleshooting skills — solid analytical ability to diagnose and resolve platform, access, and configuration issues.
- Ticketing system knowledge — experience managing, tracking, and resolving user requests through a helpdesk/ticketing tool (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk).

4. Positive to Have
- Exposure to SCORM standards, SSO configuration, and LMS integrations.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, MySQL, or basic server administration.
- Experience in enterprise or corporate training environments.
