Chief Marketing Officer – Offline Brand & APAC Growth

About the Role

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the next phase of brand building and market expansion for a high-growth, premium consumer technology brand with a strong global ambition.

This role will be particularly focused on building an iconic offline brand presence across India and APAC — taking the brand beyond digital-led growth into high-impact physical experiences, retail, experiential marketing, partnerships and premium brand environments.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of premium/luxury consumer behaviour, with experience building brands across D2C, lifestyle, luxury, consumer technology, retail or premium consumer businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall brand strategy and marketing vision across India and APAC, with a robust focus on offline brand building.




- Build a distinctive premium/luxury brand identity and translate it consistently across physical and digital consumer touchpoints.
- Lead the development and expansion of the brand's offline presence, including retail stores, experience centres, pop-ups, flagship spaces and other physical consumer environments.
- Drive experiential marketing, events, activations, partnerships and cultural moments that strengthen brand affinity and premium positioning.
- Develop an APAC-focused market expansion strategy, adapting the brand proposition to different consumer markets while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Build strategic partnerships across luxury, fashion, sports, wellness, entertainment, hospitality, technology and premium lifestyle ecosystems.
- Work closely with retail and business teams on GTM strategy, customer acquisition, footfall, conversion and overall offline brand experience.
